When We Are Closed

If you require urgent medical advice outside normal surgery hours please telephone 111 to speak with NHS 24. If appropriate the nurse will arrange a consultation on your behalf and you may be asked to attend the nearest treatment centre or, if necessary you will be visited at home.

Minor Injuries Department

There is presently no Minor Injuries Unit at the Aboyne Health Centre or Aboyne Hopstial.

For minor Injuries please telephone 111.  If appropriate you will be asked to attend the nearest minor injury unit (Huntly or Aberdeen).

Out-of-hours services are generally busy so please think carefully before asking to see a doctor and only do so if you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.

In a genuine emergency you should call 999. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.
